Sophia Speira is a practice built on a single observation, tested across four decades of building and leading organizations: the attributes every leader wants in their people — confidence, initiative, accountability, trust — are not found in hiring and lost in attrition. They are grown, or starved, by the environment the leader already controls.

We help organizations take control of that environment on purpose — the decisions, behaviors, incentives, and boundaries that quietly decide what their people become. The work is structural, not inspirational: no slogans, and no programs that fade when the posters do.
